Our History Changge Yongxing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and initially produce manpower tricycle. In 2003, the company became the first supplier to produce brick kiln vehicles and accessories. And then in 2011, we newly built another factory site to produce three wheel and four wheel tricycle to expand our market percentage. The transportation is convenient and logistics very smooth. Our Factory The factory covers an area of over 61,000 square meters and 30,000 square meter as building area. The company have over 200 personnel including production, sales, purchase, quality control, technical, financial departments, and the annual output is 100,000 sets of electric tricycles and four wheel vehicles. Our Product The company is a specialized company that mainly involves brick kiln tricycle, passenger tricycle, cargo tricycle, petrol tricycle, gasoline tricycle and spare parts. Product Application All our vehicles are widely used by brick factory workers, rural residents, urban commuting and leisure. Our Certificate Our company is a high-tech enterprise and has many patents by government on our brick tricycles and cargo tricycles. We are the one that obey the contract and had been awarded the name "high quality product of Henan"in 2010 and "Henan Top 100 Enterprises Excellent in Product Quality Management"in 2011,etc. Production Equipment The factory owns two whole vehicle assembling lines, two frame and loading box welding lines, one automatic pickling, phosphorization and electrophoresis line, and two electrostatic spraying and painting lines. The factory has many equipments to ensure the quality, such as punching machine, shearing machine, bending machine and welding machine, which more than 100 sets of producing equipments in total. To ensure the quality, we also have equipped with shocker, dynamometer, salt mist testing equipment, rear axle running-in, controller, charger, battery, motor and other detecting machines. Production Market Our tricycles have been quite popular in kiln field, construction site and many factory warehouses.
